Thelma Sue Henry age 61, of Altus, died September 4, 1967 in Altus, Oklahoma. He was born March 2, 1906 in Hess, Oklahoma to Sam and Annie (French) Ritchey. She married Sam Ellis and he preceded her in death March 11, 1952. She then married K. R. Henry and he preceded her in death May 28, 1966. She had been a resident of southwest Oklahoma all of her life.
Services for Thelma Sue Henry are scheduled for Thursday, September 6, 1967 at 3:00pm at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. Hoyett Lemmon. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Thelma Sue Henry is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jack W. Graves, Altus, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Moore, Altus, Oklahoma; Mrs. Hill Burrow, Clayton New Mexico; Mrs. Lillie Teague, Clarksville. Arkansas; two brothers, Willie Bills, Seguin, Texas; Bruce Bills, Riverside, California; several nieces and nephews.
