Graveside Services for Thomas Lynn Sarabia, infant, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 9, 1994, at the Altus City Cemetery. Rev. C.W. Parker will officiate.

Thomas was born August 6th, 1994 at the local hospital, he passed away there on August 6th, 1994. Lowell Tims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include: his Mother, Rachel L. Sarabia of the home; a sister, Gina Renee Sarabia, also of the home in Altus, OK; grandparents, Maria Sarabia of Altus, OK; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by: his great-grandfather; great-grandmother; a brother.
