Timothy Lewis Harris age 81, of Altus, Oklahoma died October 16, 1967 at Memorial Hospital in Altus. He was born October 1, 1886 in Parker Co. Texas to Robert and Laura (Rogers) Harris. He married Dollye Briscoe, July 9, 1910 at Doan Crossing. He was a farmer, member of the Baptist Church, member of choir, and half century club.
Services for Timothy Lewis Harris are scheduled for 2:00pm October 18, 1967 at the Baptist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. Gene Garrison and Rev. J.W. Wade Duncan. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Timothy Lewis Harris is survived by his wife Dollye, of the home; one son Major t. W. Harris, Shawnee, Oklahoma; two daughters, Vina Mae Hunter, Topeka, Kansas; Helen Matheson, Redding, California; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
