Verna Clement Maley age 77, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma died March 23, 1967 at the BelleIsle Nursing Home in Oklahoma City. she married B. M. Maley September 14, 1941, he preceded her in death. Verna was a former school teacher before she married. She lived in southwest Oklahoma from 1919 until 1941. Verna had lived in Oklahoma City since 1940.
Services for Verna Clement Maley are scheduled for Sunday, March 26, 1967 in Tims Chapel, Altus, officiated by Rev. E. A. Workman of Elk City, Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Verna Clement Maley is survived by two sons, B. L. Maley, Lorrine, Oregon, Joe Maley, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one daughter Mrs. Frank Austin, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. two sisters, Mrs. John R. Graham, Decatur, Texas; Mrs. Joe B. Townsley, Decatur, Texas, one brother, Tom Clement, Canyon, Texas.
