Obituary for Victoria Estrada
Victoria "Vicky" Estrada, life long resident of Altus, Oklahoma, left her Earthy home to join the arms of the Lord on June 23rd, 2023, age 36, after a long fight with her health.
Vicky was born on June 15th, 1987 in Altus, Oklahoma to Arnesto Estrada and Adelita Rogel. She grew up with her brothers and sister while also attending school, later graduating from Altus High School. Later on, she married the love of her life and other half, Francisco Vasquez. They spent many wonderful years together, making many happy memories along the way.
Vicky knew how to light up a room. She could put a smile on anyone's face, no matter how she herself was feeling. She attended different churches, always ready to find where she fit best. Vicky enjoyed being with family. Cooking was her passion, the best around! She loved going to garage sales, traveling, visiting friends and family. No matter the situation or circumstance, no matter what life dealt her, she made the best of it, always! Family meant a great deal to our Vicky and we love and miss her dearly! She was a wonderful mother, great friend, great sister, and devoted wife! Out mother was our first, and Vicky, was the second strongest woman we ever knew, we love you!
Vicky is preceded in death by her mother Adelita B. Rogel; sons Hunter and Ryder; daughter Kelly; one brother on her father's side; Big Grandma, Tia Mary, Tia Lupina, Tia Louisa, Tio Blas, and Grandpa Alfonso.
Left to honor her memory are her husband Francisco Vasquez; two sons Robert Reyes and Gabriel Vasquez Estrada; daughter Angelica Estrada; brothers Miguel J. Benibamonde and wife Rebekah Benibamonde, Chris "Pimp C" Rogel and wife Adriana Rogel, and Ramiro Rogel; sister Melissa Garrido and husband Mario Garrido; one grandson Robbie Reyes; nieces and nephews: Anna Marie, Mario, Adrian, and Julius Garrido, Zacharia and Amelia Rogel, Christopher, Juana, and Adela Rogel, Max "Noble Steed" Benibamonde; friends Cara Williams and Pati Pentoja; as well as many other loved family members and friends.
Vicky really was one of a kind and to be loved by her was to be truly blessed.
