William Buford Walton age 89 of Altus, Oklahoma, died December 17, 1965 in Memorial Hospital. He was born March 29, 1874 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He married Ola Green April 4, 1916. He had been a resident of southwest Oklahoma since 1900.
Funeral services for William Buford Walton are scheduled for Thursday 2:00pm at the Methodist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. Elbert Shumaker and Rev. W.C. Kimbler. Burial will follow in the Prairie Hill, Cemetery.
William Buford Walton is survived by his wife Ola, of the home in Duke, Oklahoma; one daughter, Mrs. H. T. Eldridge, Ellsworth, Kansas; four grandchildren, one brother, J.M. Walton, Duke, Oklahoma; one sister Mrs. Ruby Bilbrey, Mangum, Oklahoma.
