Obituary for William Zachary Hayes
William Zachary Hayes, age 17, passed away Friday, August 30th, 1996 as the result of an automobile accident.
Zack was born July 28th, 1979, at Altus, Oklahoma. He was the son of William E. Hayes and Pamelia Dawn. He was a lifelong resident of Jackson County. He attended school in the Blair School system where he was a Senior in High School.
Zack was preceded in death by an aunt, Linda Barker Cargal.
He is survived by his father, William E. Hayes of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his mother, Pamelia Dawn of Blair, OK; three sisters, April Hayes and Chari Hayes, both of Blair, Oklahoma and Stacy Hayes of Amarillo, TX; one niece, Whitney Hayes and one nephew, Corey Hayes; his paternal grandparents, Eugene and Hazel Hayes of Blair; maternal grandparents, Roscoe and Ruth Barker of Blair; great-grandparents, Peyton and Lola Southall of Blair; and six aunts and uncles, Lujean and Wendal Vaughn, Nita and David Hughes, Rhonda and Pat Wallace, Glen and Glenda Barker, Mike and Etta Barker and Cindy Eason.
