Jamie Fern Robinson Benavidez, 41, of Hollis, Oklahoma passed away December 2, 2017, five miles west of Altus on Highway 62 following a motor vehicle accident.
Jamie was born March 18, 1976 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Charlie Edsel and Jan-Nay (Maasen) Robinson. She had previously lived in Lawton, Oklahoma, Germany, Arizona, and South Carolina, before moving to Hollis, Oklahoma. Jamie had attended the Vo-Tech in Altus. She was married to Jose Benavidez of Hollis. Jamie enjoyed keeping her grandchildren and she loved coloring and watching movies with Nikole. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Jamie was preceded in death by her father, Charlie E. Robinson. She is survived by her husband, Jose Benavidez of Hollis; five daughters, Samantha Castaneda and Mike of Hollis, Rosalie Beardsley of South Carolina, Makala Buffington of Arizona, Nikole Benavidez of Hollis, and Angela Benavidez Keplinger and Matthew of Muskogee; mother, Jan-Nay Robinson of Watts; two brothers, Eddie Robinson of Oregon, and Rene Robinson of Florida; two sisters, Jo-Ellen Keelin of Gould and Jeannie Nolan of Washington; six grandchildren, Bridget Pantoja, Jayden Castaneda, Aubree Castaneda all of Hollis, Abagail Keplinger, Zachary Keplinger, and Mason Keplinger all of Muskogee; one uncle, Donald Robinson and Charlotte of Gould; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation Arrangements are under the direction of Harmon County Funeral Home, Hollis, Oklahoma.
